Holidays Are Coming

What a wonderful Sunday morning.  I woke this morning to the voice of Joel Osteen and I feel the blessings this morning.  I hope all of you are feeling the blessings coming your way today. That is my wish for you today.  May the Lord give you an abundance of favors today.

I'm participating in the Paper Sundaes challenge this morning to make a Christmas card.  I used my Tree Scene image from I Brake For Digis for the challenge.  I love this image because your options are endless with it.  I added my sentiment from SU stamp set Four The Holidays.  Well, I'm off to get a head start on my dinner and clean up my stamp room so I can sit back and watch some football today.  Nothing like a good game!

Stamp TV Sketch Time

Hi everyone.  Two post in one day.  I'm on a roll. :-)  I just had to play along with the Stamptv Sketch challenge.  I love this simple and easy sketch.  Already had the paper cut out and the image colored so another super quick card.

I used my I Brake For Digis image called Lillies.  I'm a lilly lover.  I had them at my wedding and I just love every kind of lilly there is.  And the great news is you can get this image for 10% off when you order and place the SAVE10DANA code in the comments section of your order.  What's not to love about that?  Of course I colored the image with my Copic markers.  The little brad on top came from a clearance package at Joann's.  Can you believe such a beautiful brad would be on clearance?  Just me luck, right!!!

Thanks for stopping by.  Off to finish up some work and feed the family.

Kenny K Challenge - 2nd Post

Okay, I really need to get out of my stamp room and feed the family but I just had to do the Kenny K's Krafty Girlz Challenge today.  I'm just in love with these images.  Since I already had her colored it was pretty easy to do the sketch.  I always find time to color images and match them with paper so when I want to do a challenge or sketch half the work is already done.  Makes things so much quicker. :-)

Okay, I'm off to feed the family.  I know they are probably thinking....is she cooking TONIGHT!  Nope, I'm ordering sushi. LOL

Fhiona and a Princess

Finally got a chance to stamp today.  My son and I had a nice day out today but I kept having that feeling that I needed to be in my stamp room.  Then I hoped on over to Splitcoaststampers and saw that one of my favorite persons was the Featured Stamper today.  Congrats to you Heather.  You have to check out her gallery.  AMAZING!!!

On another note, I just can't get enough of the cute image Bad Hair Day Fhiona.  I just love coloring this little girl.  I have stamped her out several times and I can't wait to get her all colored up for her next showing on one of my cards.

Well thanks for stopping by today.  Come back tomorrow and see what I'll be showing you from Repeat Impressions.

Your Next Stamp Challenge #23

TGIF.....I'm so glad it's Friday.  What a long week.  I'm trying to catch up on some challenges and some sketches tonight.  Here's my card for this week's Your Next Stamp Challenge #23 and SCS card sketch.  I hate to think that summer is almost over.  The kids here in Georgia are already back in school so for them....summer is done. :-(  So in honor of that I made this summer card for the YNS challenge so I wouldn't have let summer end.

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope to see you back again soon.

RI Stamp of the Week - It's Monday Ya'll

Happy Monday everyone.  Am I allowed to say such a think?  Well of course I can.  That means it's Repeat Impressions Stamp of the Week.  Today's super duper stamp is called Portland Head Light (1401-P).  I just love lighthouse stamps.  They just give me a sense of peace for some reason.  And they are so easy to color because the scenic view can be just about any colors.  Love it!!

So what are you waiting for?  You know with the SOTW you can it 50% for the week it's being featured (Aug 9-15). Just a special little something for our dedicated blog readers. :-) Remember to stop by The House That Stamps Built to retrieve your discount code and instructions. While your there check out what the other fabulous ROCK STARS have come up with.

P.S.  You have to make sure you stop back by my blog during this week, there will be a little sumthin', sumthin' going on that I know you will love.

Featured Stamper Vicki!!!

Good morning everyone.  I hope your having a blessed Sunday so far.  I could not wait to get my card posted for today's SCS Featured Stamper.  It's the one and only Vicki Dutch.  She is like my mini hero!! LOL  Congrats Vicki!!!  If you have never been to your gallery you are missing so much.  She has so many awesome cards and such. I'm also using this card for Stamptv's Color Challenge.  A little late but still got it in.

I used my I Brake for Digis Lillies for my many focal point today.  I just love this image.  It's just such a lovely flower to color.  I can't wait to watercolor it next. Head on over to the I Brake for Digis store to get this image for 10% off when you put in the SAVE10DANA code.

Well, I'm off to do a task I really am not up for today...purchasing a new car.  I mean it's great when you are ready to do it but when your daughter totals your car (thank the Lord she came out of it okay) and you have no choice, it just makes it such a horrible task.  I'll stop complaining now.

I have some exciting things that are going to be featured this week on my blog so make sure you stop by again this week.  Have a great day everyone.

Hugs~
