Patriotic Stars SC494

Hey peeps.  Happy Wednesday to all of you.  I'm in a very patriotic mood this week.  With the 4th of July right around the corner and all the fireworks that will be going on, I'm a little bit excited.  So for my card today, I thought I would use some patricotic paper and some fabulous stars.

The card is made using the new sketch challenge over at Splitcoaststampers.  I have to say this might be my favorite sketch so far.  Janette has such a way of creating some amazing sketches for us to use.  I hope you take a moment to join in on the fun.  I love seeing what everyone creates each week.

Gotta run, as I have a TON of stuff to get done.  I still need to edit a video I hope to show you later in the week.  Have a great day everyone.

Hugs and love~

**** Some of the ink pads used on this card are no longer available from Stamping Up. I have substituted the red and blue ink pads with ones you can still purchase from Stamping Up.

Show Your Patriotic Side

Hey peeps.  I'm back with a card I made for the Really Reasonable Ribbon challenge.  First I have to say I love this ribbon pack from Really Reasonable Ribbon.  I decided to join their monthly ribbon club and I'm loving all the ribbon that's hitting my mailbox.

I'm sure you have heard me say I like to sit around and color up images.  After they are colored I place them in a bin to make a card later.  Well, this little beauty worked perfect for today's card.  I don't remember the name of  this stamp (sorry) because I've had her colored up for some time now.  I used my Zutter Bow-It-All to make my bow on this card.  I LOVE how my bow came out.  I'm rather proud of it.  LOL

I gotta run as I have a few errands to run before I lose the rest of my day.  Thanks for stopping by today and I hope to see ya back here soon.

Hugs and love~

Eagle Eye

Couldn't help myself.  I know this is my second card today but I just had to play along with the SCS challenge today.  While at work I took a look at the sketch and knew exactly the image I wanted to use.  So without delay I was out the door on time and headed straight to my stamp room.  I love this Eagle from I Brake For Digis.  I had it colored since last week but didn't want to just put it on any card.  With the fourth of July just a few days away I felt todays sketch it could be my focal image.

If you have not stopped by I Brake For Digis what in the world are you waiting for?  So many awesome digital images to choose from.  Head on over and see what you can put in your cart! :-) Make sure to stop by the blog too.

Off to cook some dinner for the family.  Take care everyone and see ya soon.  Today's the last day to leave a comment for your chance to win some Show The Love blog candy.
