Party Time Tuesday Challenge #70

Hey peeps.  How is everyone doing this fine Tuesday morning?  Good I hope.  It's time for another challenge at Party Time Tuesdays.  And to make it fun and super easy, it's an AGC (Anything Goes Challenge).  Yeah...we love those kinds of challenges.  Plus my card is being entered into the Sketch Saturday challenge.

    Dana I love the design of your card, its really cute and the welcome neighbour idea is fabulous with the cute house paper. It has a real autumn feel about it to me also. I love it!
