Alcohol Ink Background Tutorial

Hey peeps it's FRIDAY!!!  So happy the weekend is here and I get to spend it with my crafting squirrels at the Stampfest here in Florida tomorrow.  A day full of shopping and friendship.  I really need a day like this after the week I've had.

To boost my spirits I went into my craft room and just played.  I didn't put any stress on myself and I pulled out my alcohol inks and to make something pretty.  I've aways loved playing with alcohol inks on yupo paper so I thought I would share a video with you today. To sparkle things up, I pulled out some beautiful shimmer embossing paste and this gorgeous star medallion stencil from Simon Says Stamp. Keeping a simple sentiment on the card really let my background be the star.
