Technique Tuesday October Release

Hey peeps.  It's Technique Tuesday October Release!!  Woot woot.  This month is filled with so amazing products.  I hope you had a chance to check out the sneak peeks the team has been sharing for the last two days on the Technique Tuesday blog.  If you missed my sneak peeks you can check them out here on Sneak Peek Day 1 and Sneak Peek Day 2 blog posts.

Today I'm sharing all the pre Thanksgiving love with the Happy Thanksgiving stamp set and the Turkey and Pie crafting dies. I don't know what it was but when I saw these dies I knew I wanted to make a table scene with them.  I hand drew the table cloth and table first with a pencil and ruler.  Next I made my table cloth look like plaid with a few Sharpies and my ruler.  For the table I used my Copic markers to make it look like wood.

I die cut out pieces in several different colors of paper to match the "food" I needed.  I used colored card stock to cut out the serving dishes. For the pie I cut it out in white and then used some Copic markers to make my crust.  Next I used the Happy Thanksgiving stamp set of stamp out my greetings on brown card stock and heat embossed it in white.  All that was left was to set my table.
