Hey peeps.  Happy Friday.  Yes the weekend is finally here and I get chill with the hubby for two days.  Oh I live for the weekends.  I'm back with a quick card and to remind everyone today is the last day to comment on all the blogs for my 1K Youtube Blog Hop giveaway.  Now let's check out the card I made.

I'm joining in on the My Favorite Things and The Card Concept challenges.  I kept my card really simple and used pattern paper for my background. I like a clean and graphic layout sometimes.  I stamped some flowers to match the Card Concept color challenge.  The sketch is from the MFT challenge.

Hey peeps.  I'm finally getting a card up today.  Didn't sleep a wink last night so I got started making some cards and editing videos.  The joy of not sleeping at night.  I really need to get this under control.

Hey peeps.  How's everyone's week going?  Are you ready for the last day of summer?  I must say I'm sad to see it go but so ready for fall.  I love fall colors and the layering of clothing.  Really rich and warm sweater and leather boots.  It's always been my favorite season.

Hey peeps.  Happy Friday everyone.  It's time for me to unplug for the weekend.  The family is heading to Florida to hang out with one of my best friends.  We always have such a great time spending time with him and his family.  And it's time for me to get my summer tan.  LOL  So before I unplug, I have one last card for you.  I joined in over at Mama Elephant, Little Tangles and The Card Concept challenges before I closed my stamp room door.  I decided to go with a clean and simple card.

The Card Concept Challenge #14

Hey peeps.  I hope you had a fabulous weekend.  I wanted to join the challenge over at The Card Concept.  This is my all time FAVORITE color combo.  You just can't go wrong with it in my opinion.  LOL  I've been on a stenciling kick lately.  I just love the versatility you have with them.  I pulled out my distress inks on this one along with some embossing powder and paste.  Even added a little bit of superfine glitter over the embossing paste.  Just couldn't make the card without a little bit of sparkle.

I'm headed back into the kitchen to finish my daughter's birthday cake.  I made a cake from scratch. This is the first one sooo we will see how it turns out.  I'm sure I can hide any flaws in frosting. :-)  Have a great week peeps.
