Ann Butler Designs - Watercolored Background

Hey peeps.  How's everyone doing?  I'm busy, busy, busy working on items for my husbands upcoming retirement.  But I needed to take a break and work on something besides that.  So I pulled out my Ann Butler Designs inks and made this card.

Having a Baby!!!

Hey peeps.  NOOOO I'm not having a baby!!! I can't believe that the month of January is already over.  But I'm ready for some FOOTBALLLLLLLL!!!  LOL  My team is not playing in the Super Bowl but I will be watching the game.  But let's talk cards first.

Wood You Be Mine

Hey peeps.  Back with a quick card.  I still have not gotten out of the Valentine's Day spirit yet.  I need help!!! LOL  Anyway, the card I have for today will be entered into a few challenges.  I have to say I love the colors of this card.  I used the MFT Graduated Heart stencil as my background paper.  It worked great with the Memento Luxe Rose Bud and Distressed Spun Sugar Inks.  I have to tell you, I'm in LOVE with the Memento Luxe inks.  They are GORGEOUS!!!  The heart and sentiment are from MFT Wood You Be Mine set.  I then used the MFT Designer Label 3 Stax to diecut my sentiment.  Can you believe I didn't used my Copic markers?!?!?  Oh they are sitting on my desk so jealous right now. ;-)

Miss You Card

Hey peeps.  Oh the joy of coloring your night away.  Yup, that's what I did all last night.  As I have said in the past I have a habit of coloring up images and matching them with paper for future cards and challenges.  Well this is now one of them. :-)  I colored this Magnolia image up awhile ago and now she's ready for her debut.  She is colored with Copic makers on Paper Trey Ink white cardstock.  I'm be sending this card to one of my besties that I miss so much.

Hey peeps.  Hope everyone is having a great week thus far.  I'm back with another card for a challenge.  I adore this cute summer image from Mo's Digital Pencil.  I've had her colored up for awhile now and decided today was the day to pop her up on a card.

Happy 4th of July

Hey peeps.  I hope you are all having a fabulous 4th of July.  As for us, it has rained all day.  And I mean RAINED!!!  The weather here as dampen the day.  The fireworks have been cancelled and the BBQ's are on hold.  But I shall not complain.  It's a great day to be in the country I love.

So in honor of the 4th of July, I made another patriotic card using a Kraftin' Kimmie image.  I'll be sending this to my sister since she is a kick-boxing queen!  I'm entering my card into the follow challange:

Patriotic Side

Hey peeps.  So the time has come for me to show you some of my newest Independence Day cards.  My first one here is using one of the adorable Magnolia images.  I'm not sure of the name because I colored it at a friends house during a fun day of stamping.  The paper is from the Doodlebug Design Inc Stars and Stripes paper back.  I used a few wire stars and white brads I had on hand to make this card complete. I'm going to enter it into the following challenges:
