Hey peeps. I'm super excited to say I'm a guest designer for Concord & 9th this month. The October release is one of my favorites and I'm loving working with all the new products. Today's card I'm featuring the Songbird stamp set. This set is one of my favorite to watercolor. The larger image and beautiful design really makes it easy to color. Copic markers, color pencils and even pastels would be gorgeous with this image.
For my card I pulled out my Daniel Smith watercolors to color this image. Next I used my color pencils to add some details to the image. I decided to add detail to my background with a pretty stencil. I stamped one of the sentiments on this panel and added some sequins. I fussy cut it out and popped it up on foam tape. Lastly I adhered this to a white card base.
Head on over to the Concord & 9th blog for more inspiration from guest designers and design team members. Have a great day!

I used a mixture of Daniel Smith watercolors to complete my card. If you don't have all the colors to recreative this card, I linked to some dot charts where you can pick the colors I used mostly on this card to make your own version.

Hey peeps. Happy Monday. I'm back with a tutorial using the Arteza Real Brush Pens. As you know I really enjoy watercoloring as much as I enjoy coloring with my Copic markers. I normally use pan watercolor paints however I like the use of watercolor markers for travel and quick watercoloring projects. These artist brushes are really handy to have and I like the variety of sizes in this pack of brushes.

Hey peeps. I'm back today sharing some amazing new ink from InkOn3. The new fadeout ink will change your no line coloring to the next level. In one word it's magical. I've had a chance to play with it for over a week now and every time I use it I'm more and more is awe of what it can do.
Check out how beautifully I colored this hummingbird. What's so cool about this ink is it fades into the color of the medium you are using. It doesn't disappear or leave a line that is not the color you are using. It's just amazing.

I have said it before it's so freeing to me to express my craft through it.
So for today's tutorial I loosely colored this gorgeous flower using just a few markers and my silver black #2 brush. These are my favorite brushes to watercolor with.

Hey peeps. I'm back to creating in my room after being in Phoenix having a great time. I missed you guys and I'm ready to make some magic again. Before Creativation I was playing with the Daniel Smith iridescent watercolor paints and I hated to leave them on my craft table. OMG they are GORGEOUS. They react differently on white/light and black/dark cardstock. To me it's straight magic. I had to share a tutorial today to show you just how pretty these watercolor paint are.
So here is the card I made using three of the colors. The colors I used were Duochrome Mauve, Duochrome Violet Pearl and Duochrome Autumn Mystery. I'm actually going to give this card to my wonderful husband as today is his birthday. Happy happy birthday to the man I will love for the rest of my life. ❤️😍😘
Aren't these color just gorgeous together? Oh they just make me so stinking' happy! 😊
