Hero Arts Texture Leaves

Hey peeps.  Happy Friday.  So glad you stopped by today. I'm sharing a new fall card featuring the Hero Arts Texture Leaves stamp set.  Fall/Autumn is one of my favorite seasons.  I love the changing colors of the leaves and the cooler weather.  Here in Florida I don't get to see much of that so I live through my fall cardmaking.  LOL

For today's cards I also paired it with the Gold Rush embossing powder from Ink On 3.  This is my go to gold now!  I love that it's not brassy or yellowy like some embossing powders.  It melts like butter too. I kept this card very clean and simple.  Just did the embossing and a few white dots from my gelly roll pen.

Here's a quick tutorial.  You can watch it here or over at my Youtube channel mzdanajoy.  I've used affiliate links for your convenience at no cost to you.

Thanks so stopping by today.  I'll see you back here soon!

Hero Arts Brave Lion Tutorial

Hey peeps.  I'm so happy to be back blogging.  Mom duty called and I had to head to NY City to get my son settled into college.  He has stated his masters degree at Columbia University and there was no way I was just going to send him there and not make sure I knew exactly where his apartment was and check out the surrounding area.  I'm from New Jersey but live 1,000 miles away now.  All my family is still there so I know if he needs anyone they are right there for him.  I have to admit I cried like a baby when I left him. :-(

Anyway, I'm back with a quick tutorial using the Brave Lion layering stamp from Hero Arts.  I purchased it a while back but just recently had a chance to pull it out and play with it.  It's a pretty awesome stamp set.  This brave lion is super easy to stamp with and it make a very striking card.  I love using Hero Arts stamps for their versatility and happiness factor.   Here's a quick pic of the finished card.

You can watch the video right here or you can watch it in HD over on my Youtube channel mzdanajoy.  Please feel free to share the video with your stamping friends and make sure if you like the video to give me a thumbs up and leave a comment.

I've listed the products I used below.  Some products were not available so I linked to a comparable item.  Now it's time for me to find my mojo and start creating again.  I'll be back with more videos tutorials and cards to share.  Have a great day everyone!!

Hero Arts May 2017 Card Kit - TUTORIAL

Hey peeps.  I'm back with another tutorial.  Once again the Hero Arts monthly card kit sold out.  This one was full of mermaid inspiration.  I think this one might one of the prettiest ones I have received.  The stencil, stampset and of course the gorgeous sequins was just delightful.

If you were lucky enough to get your hands on this kit, I'm sure you will agree this kit is pretty mermazing.  LOL

Remember when you get your kits from Hero Arts, there is always a pretty backer paper that your die cuts are attached to.  Make sure you use that paper.  I show you how I did in the tutorial.

I have a tutorial for you as well to share with you how this card came together.  You can watch it here on my blog or over at my Youtube channel mzdanajoy.

Hope you enjoyed the tutorial today.  I'll see you back here soon!
