Holiday Card Series 2018 - Day 2

Hey peeps.  I'm back with Day 2 of my Holiday Card Series 2018.  I'm super excited to be sharing some coloring with you today.  I decided to pull out my Copic markers and work with the awesome stamp called Deck The Palms.  I was so excited to get my hands on this stamp set as I live in Florida and I mean this stamp set is PERFECT for our hot holiday climate.

This stamp is so much fun to play with to create a cute little beach seen.  I'll I need is a fruity cocktail and a beach chair and I'm all set for the holidays.

Pulling out my Copic markers was a no-brainer for this image.  I mean how cute are those palm trees.

Here's a quick tutorial.  You can watch it here or over at my Youtube channel mzdanajoy.  I've used affiliate links for your convenience at no cost to you.

Thanks for stopping by.  I'll see you back here for Day 3 soon!!

Pink and Main July 2018 Release

Hey peeps.  Sharing the new Pink and Main July 2018 release. I'm using the new alcohol lift ink and the new Pink and Main You Can Fly stamp set.  This stamp is so beautiful used with this ink.  The butterfly is stunning on both panels.    I also have a Youtube video sharing the Pink and Main July release as well as their new mini ink pads.

I love the beautiful purple color I achieved using just two colors of purple alcohol ink.  The rich color on the yupo paper is just stunning however the softness you can achieve by lifting the ink is just as gorgeous.

Here's a closeup of that gorgeous butterfly.  The details are beautiful. This technique is super easy to do.

Now onto the July release. I have a quick video sharing all the goodies as well as swatching out the new colors of inks.  All products are available in the Pink and Main store. I have affiliate links below for easy shopping.

Have a great weekend everyone and I'll see you back here soon.

Gold Embossing with Pink and Main

Hey peeps.  Happy Friday.  I'm back with another product from the new release from Pink and Main. I thought a little bit of gold embossing was in order today since this stamp set is so pretty and detailed.  It's such a beautiful stamp set that can really stand on it's own without any coloring.

I kept this card very simple and just used gold embossing powder to make the card today.  Adding just a few gold sequin was all this card needed for the finishing touch.

Here's a quick tutorial.  You can watch it here or over at my Youtube channel mzdanajoy.  I've used affiliate links for your convenience at no cost to you.

Thanks for hanging out with me today.  I hope you have a great weekend.  See you back here next week.

Summer Coffee Lover's Blog Hop

Hey peeps.  It's time for the Summer's Coffee Lover's Blog Hop.  I mean who can resist being a part of this hop? Not me!!  I think I've participated in every single one of them.  Let me share with you the card I made for today.

I just had to make mine in rainbow colors.  Yes, I want my coffee to make me happy and full of color.  LOL well that is exactly how I feel after drinking a cup or two.

Oh and that sassy little unicorn is my spirit animal!  LOL  I used the smile die from Pink and Main and the heart and coffee sentiment is from Altenew.  A perfect blend if I say so myself.

Have a great time along the hop and a safe weekend.  See ya back here soon!

Pink and Main Magical Unicorns

Happy Friday!!  YESSS!!  So let's kick it off with some magical unicorns from Pink and Main!!  First I'm a unicorn fanatic!! My adult children will tell you when I see one on a shirt, stamp, cup I'm like "Ooohhhhh lookie a unicorn!"  Grown woman acting like a five year old.  LOL  They bring out the kid in me.  And this stamp set from Pink and Main has me screaming the same thing.

These little cuties are just sooo precious!!  Pink and Main as outdone themselves with these magical unicorns.  Look at those sweet faces.  How could you not fall in love?

I colored them with my Copic markers in shades of pink and green. I used a dark yellow for it's cute little horn. Using the stitched hillside dies and cloud stencil I created a little scene for them. I just a sponge dauber and some yellow ink to add in just a touch of sunshine between my clouds. To finish the card off  I stamped out the sentiment and added just a few colorful gems.

I add some wink of stella for some sparkle at the last minute.  I couldn't have a magical unicorn that didn't sparkle?  That would be criminal.  LOL  Look how cute!!!

Have a magical weekend everyone and I'll see you back here soon.
