Your Next Stamp - Tasty Tuesday

Morning Peeps.  Time for another Tasty Tuesday at Your Next Stamp.  This month's inspiration came from this photo from Karen.  Ohhh,,,they look yummy!!  I could eat a stack of those and have no shame.  LOL






Since the photo already put 10 lbs on me I decided to look forward to spring with my photo inspiration card.  I used all YNS die cuts on my card.  I LOVE how this card turned out.  Especially since I didn't have to color anything and I could use of some of my scrap paper.  The sun is from the Whatnots Seasons Set One, the trees from Tree Trio and the grass is the Fun Spring Grass.  I picked the sentiment from Poppy The Groundhog.

Copic Coloring

Hey peeps.  Hope all of you are doing well.  I don't have a card for you today but I do have some Copic Tips to share.  Every now and again I color up a Copic image for my sample book.  I've had this one done for awhile so I thought I would share it with you. 

I try to keep samples of images that I color that I really like how they turned out.  This just happens to be one of them.  Well, I hope you have enjoyed your little pit stop here today.  Be sure to come back tomorrow and spend a little time with me.

Inky Critters - Tiddly Inks Challenge

Hey peeps. Happy Friday.  Glad you stopped by today.  I have a card for you today that I'm entering into the Tiddly Inks Inky Critters challenge.  I wanted to keep the card really simple so that Wryn and her little friend would be the focal point of my card.  I have been seeing lots of white on white cards so I thought I would give it a try.  It really does make your artwork pop.

CMC - Girly Side

Fun Friday at Your Next Stamp

Hey peeps.  Glad you're here today.  Hope everyone had a nice Valentine's Day.  So much fuss over one day. :-)  But I shall not complain because I would take my valentine every day of the year.  ;-) 

Now on to some fun.  Today is Fun Friday over at Your Next Stamp.  The theme this month is vacations.  Well, I know a few people who headed up north during the blizzard to vacation in Boston.  And boy did they get slammed with snow.  But that's the best part. They LOVE the snow.  So I picked Tabogganing Ellie to join in on the" vacation" theme. 


  

 

Here's a closeup  She looks like she's at full speed and having a blast too. The sentiment is from the Snow Fun Bear set.

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day my lovely little peeps.  I hope you are having a great day.  And remember you can be your own Valentine.  This way you know you'll get just what you wanted. ;-)

Since I adore the wonderful people I work with I made them these tent cards that hide a Valentine lollipop inside.  Sweets and for my sweets at work.  They truly are a bunch of sweetie pies and I love working with them.  So I hope you have a loved filled day with your loved ones.  Remember, everything will probably be 50% off tomorrow.  You can get a head start on next year.  LOL wink ;-)

Pre Valentine Post

Oh the day is near.  It's almost the day for LOVERS.  Blah, blah, blah. :-)  I'm not a Valentine's Day hater at all.  I love this holiday but I just wish we could do it everyday of the year.  I made a quick circular card for my hubby to slip on his dash board in the morning.  Nothing fancy just a note to say I Love You!!

I do have a surprise for you tomorrow to get you all in the V-day mood.  I think my co-workers are going to feel the love too.  Make sure to swing back by tomorrow for a peek.

Puppy Love

Hey peeps back with another card.  Joining in on the fun over at Tiddly Inks and Sketch Saturday.  I'm still making Valentine's Day cards.  I think I might have enough to sell to some of my co-workers and friends.  I used the ubber adorable image from Tiddly Inks named Kiki.  I think this image is a freebie on the site.  The sketch for my card came from this week's challenge at Sketch Saturday.

Show Us Some Texture - CMC Style

Hey peeps.  Hope all of you are having a wonderful Sunday.  For the Joy house it's Super Bowl time.  Since my NY Giants aren't in the game this time I really don't know who I want to win.  Maybe the Ravens for Ray Lewis' sake. 

On to another sort of game.  Over at Color Me Creative it's time for another challenge.  Let's see you add some "texture" to your card or creation.  I used my Copic markers to color up this adorable image from Stamp Fairy named Hugo.  Well this Hugo's twin sister Huga for my card.  Isn't she precious?!?! LOL It's all about the Puppy Love. :-) If you are the lucky winner from this challenge you will receive at $10 gift certificate from Stamp Fairy.  So you can show off your puppy love too!

My Favorite Things Guest DT Challenge

Hey peeps.  Happy Friday.  Well not so much for me.  I have had a rough week of not feeling good and not sleeping.  But it's the weekend and hopefully I will get back to my normal self by Monday.  Since I couldn't sleep and it's 2:46am I thought I would join in on the fun at My Favorite Things and toss a card into the challenge to be next month's Guest DT.

This card was made using the MFT Lovey Dovey Sentiments.  Can you say I LOVE this set?  So many adorable sentiments.  I also used the Open Bracket Border die-namics.  The paper is from Recollections Love Valentine's Day.  Did a little bit of sewing on my card, added a few heart rhinestones and a vellum tag.  Viola, another V-Day card done!
