Packing and Unpacking - Color Stress Relief

Hey peeps.  I have so missed you all.  We are still in the process for moving into our new place and getting our house ready for the new tenants.  Oh I'm going to miss my home.  But I'm hopeful that the lovely couple who will be renting it will be good to our home and create some great memories for themselves.

I had a chance to sneak into my craft pile (and yes it's a pile at this point) and pull out an image or two to color.  I love this Wryn and Emmy BFF image from Tiddly Inks so I took a little stress relief break and colored it up.  Since most of my items are still in boxes, I only had s few things on hand to complete my card. I'm going to join the Tiddly Inks and Creative Fingers challenges.

Well that's going to have to be it for today.  I hope to be back with you guys REALLY soon!  I do have a craft bag packed with some things to sneak in a bit of crafting until I get settled.  Hopefully I'll be back in just a day or two with another card or at least some new news to share.  I'll miss you until then.

Tiddly Inks DT Call

Hey peeps.  I've finally had time to finish up some homework.  I love card making homework.  It's happy homework to me.  LOL  I thought I would try out for the Tiddly Inks DT call.  I have loved Tiddly Inks for some time now.  If I remember correctly they were some of the very first digis I ever purchased.  Christy the owner is such a sweetheart too.  Her creative style in making this adorable images is amazing.

I'm With Genius!

Whew, hey peeps.  FINALLY had a chance to get in my stamp room and crank out a card.  Wanted to join in on the fun over at Splitcoaststampers Featured Stamper challenge.  So glad I did.  The featured stamper for today was Kathleen Curry.  Man, her gallery is FULL of amazing cards.  Super talented lady.

I had this little guy from Tiddly Inks in my colored image bin so this card was made in under 10 minutes.  I used my Perfect Layers tool so the matting was quick and super easy. This is the best tool in my stamp room thus far.  Makes my life soooo much easier.


Well thanks for stopping by today.  I'm having my tooth pulled tomorrow so I better go eat some ice cream, something full of chocolate or gummy bears before I end it for the night.  And that's why I'm getting my tooth pulled.  Can't stay way from the damn sweets.  :-)

Tiddly Inks Challenge

Hey peeps.  I'm back with a quick card.  I decided to join in on the fun over at Tiddly Inks.  I know you have heard me say this before but I'm a huge fan of Tiddly Inks.  Christy has some of the cutest images.  I had this one colored up in one of my folders so I thought it was time for her debut.  Isn't she too stinkin' cute! This imaged called Avenger - Masked Hero I think might have been one of the first few I purchased from Christy.  And since Halloween in a few weeks I thought she should be out with all the other super heros for the night. ;-)

We LOVE Wryn

Hey peeps.  Happy hump day.  I have a cute card to show you.  Since most of you already know that I love Tiddly Inks images, I wanted to pay honor to Wryn for the new challenge over at Tiddly Inks.  She is one of the beloved images that inspired my love for Tiddly Inks.  Isn't she just the cutest ever!

I colored up my Patriotic Wryn with my Copic markers and used my Doodle Bug paper as her backdrop.  I'm in love with this card if I say so myself.  I added some glitter stars and some glitter glue and viola she was ready for her card.

Tiddly Inks Fun

Hey peeps.  Happy hump day!  I hope everyone is having a great week so far.  I had the chance to join in on the fun over at Tiddly Inks .For this week's challenge it was an anything but a CARD.  Yikes, no cards? 

Never fear my dear....you have a Silhouette. :-)  What you are looking at is the spine of a A2 card holder.  This is where I will store all my Happy Birthday cards that I make with Tiddly Inks images until they are ready to go off to their lucky recipient.  LOL 









Here's a side view of the box.  I LOVE how this turned out.  Super easy too.  I has some left over paper from Stampin' Up and it was perfect for my little box.  Faythe, the adorable image from Tiddly Inks, is colored up with Copic markers.

I told you I would be back with another card. :-)  I just had to join in on the fun over at Tiddly Inks.  The challenge this week was Clean and Simple.  Perfect for my Donna image today.  We have been getting a beat down with rain here in Georgia.  I really should not be complaining as it is watering my grass and flowers for free.  ;-)  But enough is enough.  I would like at least one weekend with any rain.

Sweet Sunday and Tiddly Inks

Oh I'm in the mood for LOVE!!  Okay not really just in my card making. ;-)  In my stamproom getting in the Valentine's Day mood.  Here's a card I'm entering into the Tiddly Inks  Sweet Sunday Sketch, The Pink Elephant and 52 Card Pick Up challenges.  I am in love with this sketch.  You will be seeing it again this week. I finally broke down and purchased a Janome sewing machine.  And yup...I'm hooked already.  I used to sew when I was in my 20's but gave it up for other crafts.  It was like riding a bike.  So easy and man does it look fabulous on card.

Anyway as you already know, I'm a HUGE fan of Tiddly Inks images and Wryn and Mo are just too sweet!!  It was perfect for the sketch as a showcase image.

CMC Challenge - With a Touch of RED

Hey peeps.  So glad you have stopped by today.  The DT for Color Me Creative are showcasing our cards for the new challenge - With a Touch of RED.  We want to see you add some red into your card creations.  I chose Witchy Wyrn image from Tiddly Inks (which just happens to be our sponsor for the challenge).  In the midst of my excitement of doing a great job on her hair color (I don't do many "red heads" so I'm thrilled with this one), I totally forgot about adding more red to my card until I was done coloring her.  LOL  That's how it goes sometimes.  If you haven't taken Suzanne's hair class over at CMC, you are totally missing out.  She walks you through the steps you need to know in order to get stunning results when coloring hair.  It's a MUST take class.

Hug a Tree

The Witchin' Hour

Hey peeps.  Hope everyone is having a great day.  Took some time out from watching the football games (Go Giants) to run into my stamp room and hammer out a card.  Today's Halloween inspired card is using the adorable Tiddly Inks Image Wryn the Witch.  Oh she's too cute!!  I colored her up with my Copic markers.  Finally figured out the trick to get my "white border" around my images.  I use my Silhouette Cameo to trace and offset the image so I can get the perfect white border now.  Yay....I'm a happy girl.

Tiddly Inks Challenge

Hey peeps.  It's the wee hours of the morning and I just felt the need to jump on a challenge.  When I can't sleep, I might as well just stamp. :-)  Anyway I'm ending my late night hour card into the Tiddly Inks Challenge.  For the inspiration on my card I chose to case the layout of Melissa's card.  I stretched my card out a bit and made it long enough to slip into a business size envelope.  I wanted more room to write inside so I can send a "keep up the good grades" note to my niece.  She's off doing her thing in culinary school.  So proud of her.

Well, I guess I should try and get some shut eye.  If not, it's more cards making.  ;-)

Summer Time with Tiddly Inks

Hey peeps.  Didn't think you would see me back so soon did cha!?!?  Well I was a crafty fool in my stamp room today.  Got caught up on some cleaning and reorganizing and thought I would squeeze in one more challenge before I called it a night.  The Tiddly Inks Challenge is all about summer time.  And what is more summer time than an adorable lady bug?!?  Isn't she sweet.  Didn't want to clutter up my card with a lot of emblishments so I thought I would keep it clean and simple.  Just used the happy summer sentiment from YNS and I was done!!  Sweet summer time card!



Okay now I must head to bed.  I think my crafting mind is done for today.  LOL

Happy 4th of July

Hey peeps.  Happy 4th of July.  First let me thank all the men and women that keep our country free.  I salute you today.  In honor of all the men and women who serve that I consider to be true super heroes I joined in on the fun at Tiddly Inks red, white and blue challenge.  This adorable image is from Tiddly Inks called Masked Avenger.  She sure is adorable with her mask and cape.  The layout for my card is from this week's Mojo Monday challenge.  Great layout for my cute image.
