MOJO Monday with Mama Elephant

Hey peeps.  I've been busy in my stamp room making videos and cards.  I'll have some of the videos up this week.  But while I was there I made a card for the Mojo Monday challenge.  Man, it's been ages since I've played along with their challenge.  What a great way to start the week.

I love these little critters from Mama Elephant.  They are from the Three Amigos stamp set.  I colored them quickly with Copic markers and used some Echo Park paper to finish up my card.  I love the sketch this week from Mojo Monday because my little guys get to be the showcase of my card.

Angel of Mine

Happy Friday peeps.  I'm back with a quick card for you.  I thought I would join in over at Mojo Monday this week.  I've had this little angel image from Mo's Digital Pencil colored up since last year.  It is FINALLY making it to a card.

I used some scrap paper from my bin and died some white ribbon with my SU Taken With Teal marker.  I really stink tonight on my sewing.  SOOO have to work on that.  :-)

Holiday Love

Okay I know, two cards in one day!  Yup, that is how I'm rolling into the weekend.  Thought I would join in on the action over at Kraftin' Kimmie and Mojo Monday.  This adorable image called Penelope was colored up with Copic markers and paired with this amazing paper from Carta Bella called Merry and Bright.

I used the sketch from this week's challenge over at Mojo Monday.  I haven't played with them in a LONG time so it was great posting a card there tonight.

Angel Of Mine

 Hey peeps.  I'm back with one last card for the Krafin' Kimmie Guest spot.  I chose the KK Felicity image for my card.  I am praying for my chance to be on the team for the month of August.  Clever right?!?!  Anyway, I used my Copic markers to color my image and added some SU Dazzling Diamond to her halo, wings and dress.  The paper is from Bacis Grey Sultry collection.

 Here is a closeup of the inside of my card.  I restamped the image in Versa mark.  I didn't want the image to overpower the sentiment in the inside of the card.

Here is a closeup of my card.  I love all the sparkles on this one.  I outlined my angel in green so it matched the paper.  Oh, before I forget, the layout came from the 300th Challenge for Mojo Monday's on KK blog and the color inspiration is for this week's challenge as well.  I hope you enjoyed yourself today on my blog.  Wish me luck!!

Get Well Soon

Hey peeps back with a new card.  I needed a Get Well Soon card so I decided to join in on a few challenges will making this card.  I used all scrap pieces of paper.  The image stamp is Penny Black called Quite Dandy.  I masked the area with Maskit and sponged on Distressed Inks to get my background.  The sentiment is from My Favorite Things.

Happy 4th of July

Hey peeps.  Happy 4th of July.  First let me thank all the men and women that keep our country free.  I salute you today.  In honor of all the men and women who serve that I consider to be true super heroes I joined in on the fun at Tiddly Inks red, white and blue challenge.  This adorable image is from Tiddly Inks called Masked Avenger.  She sure is adorable with her mask and cape.  The layout for my card is from this week's Mojo Monday challenge.  Great layout for my cute image.


I hope all of you have a wonderful day. I'm off to finish up the sides for our bbq today.  Hubby is on the smoking doing his thing.  Think I'll reward him with a nice cold beer.

Final Paper Sundaes Challenge with a Mojo Monday Twist

Hey peeps.  It saddens me to say that this will be the last challenge for Paper Sundaes.  I have enjoyed so many challenges with the ladies there and I hate to see it end.  I wish both of you a world of excitement and adventure.  So in honor of their last challenge Pretty in Pink here is my card.

With that being said I thought I would go back to my "roots" and start stamping without coloring.  I know....so hard when you love your Copics.  Also going back to my roots.  When I first started blogging I used to participate ALOT in the Mojo Monday challenges.  I loved to see all the inspiration that the ladies had up their sleeves.  So I'm entering my card into that challenge as well today.  I love this simple and cute layout.  I can mass produce this one for sure.

MoJo is showing up Green

Oh, I'm moving a little slow today.  Glad you stopped back by.  I have an inspection at work today and I'm dreading it.  Nothing too serious but people get all worked up and lose focus of what is important.  I thought I would get my day started in my stamproom.  Yep...it's 3:00am and I'm up stamping.  I know...I'm crazy. 

I'm posting my card to enter in this week's MoJo Monday Challenge and Paper Sundaes challenge.  Well, I guess if I'm going to make it to work I better get some sleep.  Five-thirty is right around the corner.

So Challenged!

Hey peeps.  How are all of you today?  I'm a little "challenged" today.  My first challenge is feeling sick.  Yuck...I so hate being sick.  My second challenge of course is entering this card into a few weekly challenges.  I just love how this card came out.  The colors are so pretty.  This adorable image is from Mo's Digital Pencil named Lacie.  She's so adorable.  I'm entering my card into the following challenges:

Got My MOJO back!

Happy Memorial Day.  I want to first thank all the men and women who serve our great country.  This includes my wonderful husband of 18 years.  We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary yesterday and I'm so thankful for this man for many reasons.

I've been in my stamp room most of the weekend creating like a mad woman.  I finally found my MOJO so why not participate in a the MOJO Monday challenge for today?  I created a "round" shape card for this week's challenge.  I don't make these types of cards very often and now I'm wondering why.  They are so easy and a lot of fun.  I had this image colored up and ready for a card.  I think I kind of like how this card turned out.

Mojo Turns 100

Happy Tuesday everyone. I'm playing catchup on some of the challenges for this week. Here's my card for the Mojo Turns 100 challenge this week. I'm so excited. This card was super fast to make as I already have the image colored. Thank goodness I'm using some great images to practice my Copic coloring with. I stamped this image from my friend Jacki. Thanks Jacki. I used my V01, V04, V06 and V09 to color the flowers and my YG03 and G24 for the stem. I then outlined the flowers with BG10. I added a little bit of sparkle with my gel pen. It doesn't really show up well in this photo. All the paper is from my scrap bin. Can you tell that I have tons of paper in that bin? I think I can make hundreds of cards from all the scraps I have. My Mojo

Hi everyone. Hope you all are having a great Tuesday. I doing my part of adding to the creativity this week over at the Mojo Monday Blog. I was a little challenged today on working with this layout as I had so many ideas running through my little head. But once I focused on what I wanted to use I thought a this cute image called Big Brother from Inktegrity would allow me to use the image as my focal point. The original version of this image is getting a update and will be available soon. I paper pieced Mom's belly to she had a cute flower design to her shirt. I colored the images with my Copice markers in the following colors: E13, E47, E49, BG75. I also added a little bit of R20 to the cheeks. The paper is a scrap piece from SU. Sorry I don't remember the name of it. I used my Nestabilities Label Two to put the brown piece behind the image. Finally touches where the ribbon and of course a white gel pen. :-) Thanks for stopping by today. Triple Panel Doodle This

Hi friends! I have been busy making sure my daughter celebrated her birthday in style. I'm just now getting my card loaded for this weeks Mojo Monday Challenge. I love this layout as it helps me use up my scrap pieces of paper. I once again used the Doodle This stamp set from Stampin' Up along with their pretty designer paper called Pink Flamingo. I colored the image with Cameo Coral, cut it out and added some Stickles for a little bit of sparkle. I cut out each little leaf and added it to the circle. I had a scrap piece (yea, I'm using all my little resources!) of Certainly Celery ribbon and a cute little pink flower brad. Thanks for stopping by today. Rip Roaring Good Time

Morning sunshines!! Thanks for stopping by today. Here's my card for today. I wanted to participate in the Mojo Monday 94 Challenge as well as the SCS Color Challenge 226 (Creamy Caramel, Tempting Turquoise, Apricot Appeal and Baja Breeze) so I combined them. The layout is from the Mojo challenge and the colors are from the color challenge. I had a little bit of a hard time incorporating the Tempting Turquoise so I only used it in small amounts. The base card is tempting turquoise and I then sponged it on the peices of Baja Breeze. I just love the layout of this card challenge. I think it will work great with any combination of colors.
