Final Paper Sundaes Challenge with a Mojo Monday Twist

Hey peeps.  It saddens me to say that this will be the last challenge for Paper Sundaes.  I have enjoyed so many challenges with the ladies there and I hate to see it end.  I wish both of you a world of excitement and adventure.  So in honor of their last challenge Pretty in Pink here is my card.

With that being said I thought I would go back to my "roots" and start stamping without coloring.  I know....so hard when you love your Copics.  Also going back to my roots.  When I first started blogging I used to participate ALOT in the Mojo Monday challenges.  I loved to see all the inspiration that the ladies had up their sleeves.  So I'm entering my card into that challenge as well today.  I love this simple and cute layout.  I can mass produce this one for sure.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Hope you have a wonderful Monday.

A Cherry Birthday Wish

Hey peeps.  Hope all of you are doing well.  The healing from the surgery is coming along nicely.  I was able to get back in my stamproom and get some cards made.  Today's card is being entered into the Paper Sundaes Challenge (ribbon and pearls) and I'm casing the every so lovely Linda Callahan as she is today's featured stampers at Splitcoaststampers.  Congrats Linda.

It's been some time now that I have made a card that did not require me to color anything.  I've had this paper and stamp set from Stampin' Up for years and it's always a quick and easy set to use to make a "cherry" card.  I'm a little behind on birthday cards so let the stamping begin.  This card took me under five minutes to put together.  Now that's my kind of card.  Thanks for stopping by today.  Make sure you swing  back soon as I have some awesome news to share.

So many challenges...so litte time

Hey peeps.  Hope your all having a wonderful day.  I have been busy in my stamp room trying to create a card to fit multiple challenges.  Man, 'm beat from all the work on this card.  I had the thought in my head but it was stuck and I had a hard time shaking it out.  It still didn't come out has I had planned it but that's how it goes some days.  I'm entering into the following challenges:

Tiddly Inks -Best Friends (this is me and my twin) :-)
Party Time Tuesdays - Color Inspiration
Raise The Bar - In The Garden
Paper Sundaes - Spring Blossoms
Splitcoaststampers - Featured Stamper

Since my card is FINALLY done, I'm off to the Mac store.  I see a new IPad in my future. :-)

Lovely as a butterfly

Oh it feels like spring here in Georgia.  Hey peeps how are you today?  First let me say thank you so much for all the birthday love.  I really appreciate the wishes.  My family and I had a great day yesterday not really don't much at all.  Had a great lunch, did a tab bit of shopping and strolled through the Cherry Blossom festival.

Had a chance to get into my stamp room and make a card in honor of Diane at SCS.  She's the featured stampers today and her gallery is lovely.  You should take a peek. Congrats Diane.  And I also took a walk on over to the Paper Sundaes challenge and I loved the photo inspiration for today.  Such pretty colors.  The paper for today's card is My Mind's Eye Miss Caroline Dolled Up and Lime Twist Life Of The Paper.  I love how these two paper packs came together for my card.  I'm a HUGE fan of My Mind's Eye paper.  The image is from The Stamping Studio and the sentiment from Stampin' Up.  Can you believe it....no coloring!!

Thanks for stopping by today and have a blessed Sunday.  Oh, don't forget about the birthday blog hop staring tomorrow for Color Me Creative.  You're not going to want to miss it.

More Love

Morning peeps.  Hope your week is starting off blessed.  Back in my stamproom continuing to make V-day cards.  Don't know why because I really only have three people to give them to (my husband and two kiddos).  Anyway, I haven't made an easel card in awhile so I thought when I participated in the challenges today I would use one.  This adorable image called Kisses is from The Paper Shelter.  As you have heard me say many of times I keep images colored and matched with paper so this one was ready to pop on my card today.  This little gem is going into the following challenges:

SCS - Featured Stampers
Paper Sundaes - Sundae Bar
The Paper Shelter - More Love Be My Valentine

I must say that I actually like how this came out.  I've had this image colored for some time now so I'm glad I had a chance to use it.  The pearls I got for a steal on clearance at Micheal's about 6 months ago.  I know, I'm a hoarder.  LOL  Well thanks for popping by today.  Hope to see ya again soon.

Oh, before I go, don't forget that YNS's blog hop doesn't end until tomorrow so make sure you swing by and pick up the fabulous new images and dies that are being released.  Also Color Me Creative is still hosting the bi-weekly challenge that you definitely don't want to miss.  If you still need help with your Copic skills make sure you sign up for one of Suzanne's amazing classes.

Multi-Challenged

Hey peeps.  Hope everyone is having a great day.  I have a card to show you that I'm entering into multiple challenges.  I just love the digital images that La-la Land Crafts offers.  This one called Fisherman Luka.  Super adorable image and great to practice your Copic skills.  And I love to cut-out images and pop them up on the card.  I'm entering my card into the following challenges:

I Heart 2 Stamp
SCS Ways to Use It
Paper Sundaes
La-La Land Crafts

Thanks for stopping by today.  My creative juices are flowing so I better get back in my stamproom before they run out.

So Groovy

Morning peeps.  Hope all of you are having a blessed Sunday.  Today I'm participating in a few challenges.  Okay first let me say that I just love this image from The Paper Shelter.  She's just too groovy!!  Reminds me of my Mom back in the 70's.  LOL Sorry Mom.  Anyway her name is Disco Girl.  If any of you are old enough to remember Soul Train then you know this girl was in the line dancing her butt off.  LOL  My card is in honor of Linda over at Splitcoaststampers who is today's Featured Stamper.  Yay Linda way to go.  I'm also adding her to the Paper Sundaes challenge to pick one of your favorite challenges.  Mine is the Pop It Up challenge.  I love placing my images on dimensional to really make them stand out.

Well I have to boogie on out of here.  Have lots on my plate for today.  Hope you enjoyed your visit today.  See ya back soon.

Autumn is Coming

Well, summer is officially over.  Don't really know where the time went.  But I must admit that I do love the fall/autumn season.  It's the time of year when you can start to put on those cozy sweaters and relax with a cup of cocoa.  These are the days I long for when it's 101 degrees here in Georgia and you are sweating like a pig.  LOL

Today was a perfect day to join in Mo's Digital Pencil challenge to show off some autumn colors.  When I think of the fall, I think of the leaves turning yellow/gold with the warm colors of orange. I colored up Mo's Digital Pencil image named Peaches with all the warm colors of fall.  I placed her on this amazing Cafe Mediterranean paper from DCWV. I love this paper.  I'm also submitting my card in today's Paper Sundaes Challenge.  I think Peaches will fit in nicely over there.  Well, thanks for stopping by peeps.  Make sure to head back this way tomorrow for the Heart Song Inspiration Challenge.

Paper Sundaes Challenge #86

Hey you guys.  Here's a quick card I made today for the Paper Sundaes Challenge - Finishing Touches.    Once again, I had the image colored and paper matched already.  The image is from Make it Crafty and she's called Rosie To School.  I love this big headed image. Super fun to color too.  Since I normally don't do anything to the inside of my cards since I usually write a message, I decided to just trim out the bottom of the card.  This way I have plenty of room to stamp my sentiment and still write my message.  Thanks for stopping by today.  See ya back here soon.

Hugs and happy stamping~

Your Next Stamp Challenge #49

Happy hump day everybody.  I am so glad the weekend is almost here.  I can hear Friday rounding the corner.  Your Next Stamp has another challenge for you.  This one is a good one.  You know how much sweeter summer fruit is right, well let's see some fruit on your cards.  That's right bring on the fruit!  I'm a HUGE cherry lover so my little Digger is digging his way through the cherries to wish a sweet friend of mine hello.  I think she's going to love this card.  I'm also entering Digger in this weeks Paper Sundaes and Sketch N Stash challenges.

Well, tell me what fruit you like to "hang out" with during the hot summer days.  This challenge prize will be the ever so cute Monkey Gone Banana stamp.  This monkey just cracks me up.  Remember you have two weeks to get your creation into the challenge.  Also remember when you use a YNS image you get entered into the challenge TWICE.  So swing on by the store and dig yourself up some savings.  Like my play on words?!?!  LOL.  You have until MIDNIGHT (EST) Aug 30th to get linked up.  Also, don't forget to stop by the YNS blog for Carole's first monthly post.  You are going to LOVE her! :-)

Hugs and happy stamping~

Christmas Sundaes Feature

Okay, I know...a pretty weird intro to my card.  LOL  I was trying to add all the names of the challenges I'm doing today into a title.  Don't think that came out too good.  Oh, well.  I had the chance to take a look at Terri's gallery (the Featured Stamper at SCS today) and man did I fall in love.  Such an awesome gallery full of fun things.  Congrats Terri for the honor today.

I'm also playing along on the Paper Sundae challenge.  It's called Christmas in July.  No better time then now to get my Christmas cards done.  Before you know it, the holidays will be here.

Well thanks for stopping by today.  Have a wonderful Sunday and be blessed.

Multi Challenged!

Hey peeps.  Glad you stopped by today.  I have a multi-challenged card for you.  I haven't participated in some challenges that I have been wanting to do so I combined them all into one.  Whew, that was a task.  Okay here we go.  I'm entering this card into the following challenges:

Sketch For You To Try
Paper Sundaes
Color Throwdown
Digital Tuesday
Tuesday Throwdown

That is alot of challenges for one card.  At least for me it is.  LOL  I'm off to clear out my stamp room.  I have a garage sale to set up for tomorrow.  Sounds like more stamp money to me.  Ching-ching!

Two for One

Sweet Sunday to everyone.  I'm so glad I had a chance to get into my stamp room and create today.  I've been so busy that I haven't had chance to participate in anything lately.  Well hopefully today I have broken that routine.  I'm showing you a card that I'm entering into two challenges: Paper Sundaes Pop It Up and SCS Featured Stamper.  I'm always coloring images and putting them aside to use on a card in the future.  Well Marcus from Mo's Digital Pencil was all colored up and just waiting to get on a card.  I just love these digital images.  He's in the terrible two stage and like so many two year old boys he's definitely wanting to get his way.  Thank goodness my son is passed this stage.  LOL

Make sure you stop by tomorrow to join in on the new May releases from Your Next Stamp.  You're going to love the new images.  Thanks for stopping by today.  I'm off to do more creating.  This time in the kitchen.

A Little Girl and Her Balloon

Finally!!  I never thought I would get to my stamp room today.  I was at work looking at all the gorgeous cards being made and I just couldn't wait to get home to my stamp room.  Today I'm placing my card in three challenges:

CAS112 - Cut Up Sentiments
PaperWorks Sunday Sketch #75
Paper Sundaes Challenge #62

Now, time for dinner!  Whew....I'm hungry!  Have a great evening everyone!

Paper Sundaes Challenge

Hi everyone.  Thanks for stopping by today.  I finally had a chance to participate in this weeks Paper Sundaes challenge.  This week the ladies are asking us to keep it simple.  That's my favorite type of card.  LOL  I used my Kenny K Skate Girl image and colored her up with my Copic makers (E11, E15, E27, E33, E37, E47, B00, B02, B04, Y04, Y13, R22, C01, C03).  I made the sidewalk with my C05, C03 and my black liner. The sky is done with SU Soft Sky and a sponge.  I had
such a fun time coloring this image.

I hope you like my little creation for today.  Now it's time to get into your stamp room and be creative.  See ya back here soon.

Hugs~
